  • Charro

Born around May 2018, Charro was rescued from the street in very poor condition. Skinny, battling a mouth infection, a broken leg, and covered in ticks and fleas, this brave boy had clearly been through so much.

Charro is now safe with us and has begun medical care and protocols to heal from his injuries. He isn’t ready for adoption just yet, but his journey toward recovery has started, and we’re committed to giving him the chance at the healthy, happy life he deserves.

  • Coral

Born around June 2015, Coral has already lived through more than her share of uncertainty. For two days she stayed hidden in the back patio of a primary school in San Vicente, waiting quietly until someone finally noticed her. Thankfully, kind people stepped in, and now she’s safe with us. 🏫💕

Coral is just beginning her rescue protocols, but her gentle spirit is already shining through. With love, care, and patience, she’ll blossom into the happy, secure pup she was always meant to be. 🐾

  • Harry

Meet Harry, one of our newest arrivals at the rescue ranch. He came alongside Sally, and together they simply decided to stay—choosing safety, comfort, and community over the uncertainty of the world outside. Harry is still brand new to us, so we’re just beginning to discover who he is. What we know already is that he’s curious, steady, and adjusting to ranch life with quiet resilience. Every day he shows us little glimpses of the companion he’s meant to be, and we can’t wait to see his personality blossom. Harry’s story is just beginning, and he will be looking for a family who will give him patience, kindness, and the chance to experience all the joys of a forever home once he has completed all his protocols.

  • Jerry

Born around May 2024, Jerry’s story began outside the home of one of our Puppyland staff. He was in a tough spot — skinny, covered in ticks and fleas — but with care and love, he’s blossomed into the confident, active boy he was meant to be. Jerry is a natural leader with a social side that shines when he’s with other dogs. At the ranch, he enjoys his free‑range lifestyle, happily trotting along beside you as you walk, always curious and engaged. His energy and presence make him a joy to be around, and he’s ready to bring that same spark into a forever home. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who’s both playful and strong‑spirited, Jerry is waiting to meet you. 💛

  • Juanita

Juanita’s journey to safety began on January 12, 2026, when Sandra found her by the roadside in San Juan. She had been struck by a car and was unable to walk, her body marked with blue ink and her spirit weighed down by pain. Her rescuer couldn’t leave her there—Juanita needed help, and she needed it urgently. Though her injuries are serious, Juanita’s resilience shines through. Even in her fragile state, there’s a quiet strength in her eyes, as if she knows she’s been given a second chance. She is disabled and recovering, but she is safe now, surrounded by care and compassion. Juanita’s story is still unfolding, and we’re just beginning to learn who she is beyond her hardship. What we do know is that she’s a fighter, and with patience, love, she has the chance to discover joy and belonging. Her past was marked by struggle, but Juanita’s future is filled with hope. She’s ready to heal and eventually find the home where she will finally be cherished.

  • Sally

Sally arrived at the rescue ranch with Harry, and together they chose safety over uncertainty. Sally brings her own quiet charm—she has the look of a dog who knows she’s finally where she belongs. She’s brand new to us, and we’re just beginning to learn her story. Already, we see a curious spirit and a gentle resilience as she explores ranch life. Each day she reveals a little more—whether it’s a cautious glance, a playful spark, or the calm presence of a dog learning she’s safe. Sally’s journey is only just beginning. Once she’s completed her protocols, she’ll be ready to find a family who will offer her patience, kindness, and the joy of a forever home.

  • Skye

Born around October 2022, Skye’s story began in a dusty yard behind Aceros Murillo, where she waited quietly for someone to notice her. On October 25th, our founders received a message: there was a dog who needed help. Without hesitation, they drove out to meet her — and Skye, tail wagging and eyes full of hope, was ready to be rescued. Though her spirit was bright, her body was battling a severe case of TVT (transmissible venereal tumor) cancer. She needed urgent care and isolation. So, with love and urgency, our team built her a quarantine pen at the ranch — a safe haven where she could begin her healing journey.

Skye is now receiving veterinary care and preparing for chemotherapy. Through it all, she’s remained a gentle soul who adores people and perks up for walks. Her resilience is matched only by her sweetness — she greets kindness with gratitude and walks with quiet joy. She’s not just surviving — she’s blooming. Skye is proof that love builds shelter, and hope builds futures.

  • Tammy

Tammy’s journey began in February 2026, when a man rescued her. At just about 8 months old (born around June 2024), Tammy was already carrying a big surprise—she was pregnant. She gave birth to six puppies, four of whom have already been adopted. Now Tammy and her two remaining pups, Taylor and Torito, will be looking for their forever homes when they are done their protocols.

Tammy is a gorgeous young husky mom with striking looks and a lively personality. Her rescuer described her as very active, she spent much of her time tied up on a chain. Despite that, Tammy’s spirit hasn’t dimmed—she’s ready to leave that behind and discover what freedom, love, and family truly mean.

With her playful energy, resilience, and loyal heart, Tammy deserves a home where she can run, explore, and be cherished. She’s not just a survivor—she’s a devoted mom and a dog full of potential waiting to blossom in the right hands.

  • Tank

On March 8, 2026, Tank’s mom Tomasa was rescued outside the home of one of our staff members. That very same day, she gave birth to five puppies. Sadly, two little ones didn’t survive, and later Tweety also passed away. Through all of this, Tank and his sister Trini are the resilient survivors of Tomasa’s litter.

Tank is the only boy, and he’s growing into a strong, sweet pup with a gentle spirit. He’s still completing his health protocols, but he can already be reserved for adoption. Born into a story of hardship and hope, Tank carries the strength of survival and the promise of a brighter future. He’s waiting for a family who will cherish him and give him the love he deserves. 💖

  • Taylor

Born on March 13, 2026, Taylor is one of six puppies welcomed into the world by her husky mom, Tammy, who herself was rescued just a month earlier. Four of Taylor’s siblings have already found loving homes, and now she and her brother Torito are waiting for their turn once they finish their health protocols.

Taylor is a bright, playful little girl with all the curiosity and sweetness you’d expect from a young pup. With her husky roots, she’s sure to grow into an energetic, loyal companion who thrives with love, guidance, and plenty of adventure.

Her story began with rescue, but her future is all about family. Taylor will soon be ready to learn, play, and discover what it means to be cherished.

  • Torito

Born on March 13, 2026, Torito is one of six pups brought into the world by his husky mom, Tammy. Four of his siblings have already found homes, and now Torito and his sister Taylor are waiting for their chance once they finish their health protocols.

Torito’s name means “little bull,” and it suits him perfectly—he’s sturdy, spirited, and full of determination. This handsome boy has a playful streak, but he also shows a gentle side that makes him extra endearing. With his husky heritage, Torito is destined to be adventurous, loyal, and full of personality.

He will be ready soon to trade his rescue beginnings for a life filled with love, belly rubs, and wide‑open spaces to explore. Torito isn’t just looking for a home—he’s looking for a family to grow up with, one that will celebrate his quirks and cherish his companionship.

  • Tomasa

On March 8, 2026, outside the home of one of our staff members, Tomasa’s life changed forever. She had been wandering alone, carrying a secret—she was pregnant. That very day, she gave birth to five precious puppies. Though two little ones didn’t survive, three strong babies—Trini, Tweety, and Tank—are thriving thanks to her love and resilience. Born around April 2024, Tomasa is still young herself, yet she’s already shown incredible strength and devotion as a mother. Despite her hardships, she radiates joy. She’s a sweet, happy girl who greets each day with a wagging tail and a gentle heart. Tomasa is ready to leave her past behind and step into a brighter future. She deserves a family who will cherish her not just for her bravery, but for the loving companion she is.

If you’re looking for a dog who embodies both resilience and sunshine, Tomasa is waiting to bring warmth and happiness into your home. 💖

  • Trini

My story began on March 8, 2026, the day my brave mom Tomasa was rescued outside one of our staff members home. That very same day, she gave birth to five puppies. Sadly, two of my siblings didn’t survive, and later my sister Tweety also passed away. Through all of this, it’s just me and my brother Tank—the resilient survivors of our litter. I may be the only girl left, but I’m full of love, hope, and a gentle spirit. Right now I’m still finishing up my health protocols, but you can already reserve me for adoption! Even though my life started with hardship, I believe it’s leading me to something wonderful—a forever family who will cherish me, cuddle me, and let me shine as the sweet companion I’m meant to be. 💖

  • Xander

Xander’s journey is one of courage and compassion. Born around November 2022, he was found in the La Mission area after being hit by a car. Bienstar was called to help, but when they said there was nothing they could do and left him behind, our founder couldn’t turn away. She went to him, and found Xander crying in pain, desperate for someone to care.vX-rays revealed fractures in his hips and calcification in his spine. Despite these challenges, our vet is hopeful that with time and treatment, Xander will walk again — and we’ve already seen encouraging improvements in just a short period.vThrough it all, Xander has shown a gentle spirit and remarkable resilience. He is now safe, undergoing protocols, and beginning his healing journey. While he is not yet ready for adoption, Xander would benefit greatly from a local foster home where he can rest, recover, and feel the love he has always deserved. Xander’s story is a reminder of the power of compassion. With patience, care, and kindness, his future can be filled with comfort, strength, and the joy of belonging
