  • Baxter - Adoption Pending - North Vancouver, B.C.

Baxter may be small, but his personality is already larger than life. Born in October 2025, this cheerful pup was rescued alongside his mom Blanca, his sibling Bob, and two other doggy pals, Roxie and Manny. Their old landlord wasn’t a fan of dogs, but lucky for Baxter, that just meant he got a ticket to a brighter future.

When he first arrived, Baxter had to shake off a few unwanted hitchhikers (fleas and ticks—yuck!), but now he’s all cleaned up and ready to shine. He’s a happy little guy who thinks cuddles are the best invention since squeaky toys. Sweet and snuggly, Baxter is the kind of pup who will wiggle his way into your lap and your heart in record time. Life in an outdoor shelter has been his classroom so far, but Baxter is eager to graduate to home life. He’ll need some guidance with house training, but with his goofy grin and eagerness to please, you’ll find yourself laughing through the learning curve.

Baxter’s motto? “Why walk when you can bounce?” He’s ready to trade shelter fences for family hugs, and he promises to bring joy, comedy, and unconditional love to whoever gives him his forever home.

  • Cappuchino aka Dennis

Cappuchino is a senior with a big story to tell. Born around July 2015, he was found bravely navigating traffic in Nuevo, but no owner ever came forward. Since then, he’s been given a second chance in foster care—and he’s showing just how much love he has to give. This handsome boy may have a touch of grumpiness at times, but don’t let that fool you—he absolutely adores cuddles and thrives on affection. His favorite things? Toys and a good game of fetch with his ball! With the right person, Cappuchino’s playful side shines bright. Thanks to patient foster parents, he’s already made wonderful progress. He’s more relaxed, affectionate, and showing his true sweet nature every day. He’s medium energy, loves his toys, and will flourish with an experienced dog owner who understands his quirks and can guide him with kindness and consistency. Cappuchino prefers a calm home without children and is selective with other dogs, but for the right person, he’ll be the most loyal and loving companion. He’s waiting for someone who sees past the rough start and is ready to give him the forever home he deserves.

  • Chelo - Available in Campbell River, B.C.

Chelo’s life began on the streets, where she faced more danger than any young dog should. She was rescued just in time, pulled away from six dogs that were trying to jump on her while she was in heat. Born around August 2023, Chelo is still very young, but she already carries the spirit of a survivor. Despite her rough start, Chelo is full of energy and joy. She’s an active, playful girl who loves to interact with her surroundings and enjoys the company of other dogs. Like many rescues, she’s still learning the art of socialization, but her sweet nature shines through in every wag of her tail. Chelo is simply a nice dog—curious, affectionate, and eager to connect with people who show her kindness.Right now, Chelo lives in an outdoor shelter, which means she hasn’t yet experienced the comforts of a home. She will need patience and guidance to learn house life, but with consistency and love, she will blossom into a loyal companion. Chelo is ready for her second chance. She’s looking for someone who sees her potential, values her playful spirit, and is willing to give her the safe, happy home she deserves.

  • Chico

Approx. D.O.B. January 2010 (He is a Senior). Someone found this old guy in a canal in a neighborhood behind Sam's Club. Chico is healthy, he just has some issues because he is old; can't see very well or hear very well. He is a typical old man... calm and and can be grumpy.

  • Devin - Available in Prince Albert, SK

Devin’s journey began at Lago Real mall, where a homeless gentleman was doing his best to care for him. This pint-sized pup had a broken jaw — likely from being hit by a car — and arrived at our rescue scared and fragile. Born around August 2023, Devin has come a long way since those early days. With gentle care and time, he’s blossomed into a happy, playful little guy who loves life and brings joy wherever he goes. He’s small, but his spirit is mighty. And those eyes? One brown, one blue — a little patchwork of magic that stops you in your tracks and makes you fall in love on the spot. In foster care, Devin has shown how comfortable he is with big dogs and loves dogs of all sizes, happily fitting right in. His housetraining is progressing: He is going outside but was marking (could be due to a new male foster coming in); He is doing it less and less now - It’s also been very cold, but he will go outside and there is another recent male foster in the house as well. Devin is sweet-natured, friendly, and ready to find a home where he can keep growing into the confident, cuddly companion he was always meant to be. If you’re looking for a tiny treasure with a story of resilience and a heart full of love, Devin is waiting to meet you.

  • Gonzo

Meet Gonzo — small-to-medium in size, but large in personality. Born around December 2024 and rescued near the shelter with his mom Gypsi and five equally adorable siblings, Gonzo has been causing mild mayhem and stealing hearts ever since. He’s an active, happy pup who loves other dogs, learning new tricks, and splashing in any body of water he can find (puddle, bucket, ocean — he’s not picky). He’s smart, curious, and has the kind of energy that makes you say, “Oh no,” and then immediately, “Okay fine, I love you.” Gonzo is what we lovingly call a tiny hurricane of joy. He’ll put your hair up (literally and metaphorically), rearrange your shoes, and possibly redecorate your living room with a single zoomie. But he’ll also curl up next to you like a warm, fuzzy apology and gaze at you with eyes that say, “I just want to be happy — and maybe chew that pillow.” He rides well in the car, loves the beach, and is ready to graduate from outdoor shelter life to full-time family member. He’ll need help learning the ropes of home life, but with a little guidance and a lot of love, Gonzo will be the best kind of trouble you’ve ever invited in. Adopt Gonzo. Your hair might never be the same, but your heart will thank you.

  • Lenny - Pending Foster To Adopt - Burnaby, B.C.

Born around June 2024, Lenny is a young, affectionate girl who has made it her mission to brighten every moment with love. If you’re looking for a dog who gives kisses like it’s her full‑time job, Lenny is your girl. She adores people and has a gentle, friendly nature that makes her instantly lovable. Lenny gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats, making her a great fit for a multi‑pet household. She’s currently living in an outdoor shelter, so she hasn’t had the chance yet to learn all the comforts and routines of home life. But with patience, guidance, and a kind heart by her side, she’s sure to blossom quickly — she’s eager to bond and even more eager to please. Lenny is ready for someone who will show her what it means to be safe, loved, and part of a family. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who will shower you with love every day, Lenny can’t wait to meet you.

  • Leo - Available in Peachland, B.C. area

Leo’s story began alongside his brother Maximiliano, rescued as newborns by a compassionate independent rescuer who gave them a fighting chance at life. Now, with the help of our team, Leo is ready to find a family of his own. Born around May 2025, Leo is a cheerful pup with a spark of curiosity that makes him especially endearing. He’s the braver of the two brothers, often the first to explore new sights and sounds, though he still appreciates gentle reassurance when the world feels big. His playful energy is balanced by a sweet, affectionate nature — the kind of dog who will happily curl up by your side after a romp in the yard. Leo is currently living in an outdoor shelter, so he’ll need some guidance with house training once he transitions into a home. With patience and consistency, he’ll quickly learn the ropes and thrive as part of a loving household. Leo is more than ready to trade shelter life for the warmth of a forever family. Could he be the joyful companion you’ve been waiting for?

  • Manny aka Jack - Available in Qualicum Beach, B.C.

Manny is a cheerful, Jack Russell–sized pup with a heart as big as his smile. Born around December 2022, he’s grown into a social, affectionate boy who loves being close to people. Manny is wonderful with kids, enjoys the company of other dogs, and thrives in a home where companionship is part of everyday life.

Like many young rescues, Manny is still learning about boundaries. At times he can be protective of his space and may snap when he feels uncertain. With patience, consistency, and gentle guidance, he’s sure to grow past these moments and blossom into the loyal, joyful companion he’s meant to be. Currently healthy and ready for adoption, Manny lives in an outdoor shelter and will need a little help adjusting to the comforts of house life. His playful spirit and loyal heart make him the kind of dog who fits right in — whether it’s joining family activities, hanging out with canine friends, or simply soaking up affection. Manny is ready to bring joy, love, and gratitude to the lucky family who welcomes him home.

  • Maximiliano - Available in Peachland, B.C. area

She lovingly cared for them until reaching out for help to find these boys the forever homes they deserve. Born around May 2025, Maximiliano has grown into a sweet, happy pup with a gentle spirit. Though he’s a little timid at first, Maximiliano’s tail wags and bright eyes reveal the joyful boy he truly is. He thrives with patience, kindness, and encouragement, and once he feels safe, his playful side shines through. Currently living in an outdoor shelter, Maximiliano will need some guidance with house training, but he’s eager to learn and bond with his future family. Maximiliano is ready to take the next step in his journey — from rescue to beloved companion. If you’re looking for a loyal friend who will blossom with love and care, this special boy is waiting to meet you.

  • Odie - Adoption Pending - Vancouver, B.C.

Odie, born around December 2021, was found wandering the streets of Puerto Vallarta near Zona Romántica. He had no one watching out for him, but thankfully some kind people noticed him and made sure he got to safety. From the moment he arrived, it was clear he wasn’t a street dog by nature — he’s far too affectionate, trusting, and eager for human connection. Sandra describes Odie as a small‑to‑medium‑sized boy with a bright, social personality. He loves being active, enjoys meeting people, and absolutely melts when he gets cuddles. He’s the kind of dog who leans in for affection and thrives on companionship. Because he’s currently living in an outdoor shelter, Odie will need a bit of guidance as he learns the routines of home life, but his gentle, people‑loving nature makes him an easy dog to bond with. He’s now safe, undergoing his rescue protocols, and can be reserved for adoption. Odie is ready for a family who will give him the stability, affection, and everyday comfort he’s been missing. If you’re looking for a sweet, social companion who loves both playtime and snuggles, Odie might be the perfect match.

  • Osaya

Approx. D.O.B. August 2025 – Osaya’s journey began in Mezcales, Nayarit, where she was heartbreakingly discarded in the garbage by a neighbor. Thankfully, she was found by the children of one of our staff members and given a second chance at life. Now safe in our outdoor shelter, Osaya is showing us more of her radiant personality every day. She’s resilient, affectionate, and always ready for a hug. She handles her crate beautifully, was trained to go outside, and walks like a princess on a leash—riding in the car with the same grace. Despite everything she’s been through, she loves her humans through and through. Osaya has done well with dogs of different sizes, though resource guarding around food has been a challenge. She’ll thrive best in a calmer home where she can be the main focus, or with dogs less powerful than her. She loves children, but her play is still rough and unrefined, so she’ll need patient guidance to learn gentler ways to interact. Like many young, energetic dogs, Osaya has a mischievous streak—she’ll counter surf, jump into the fridge or garbage bins, and growl when she thinks food is hers. She’s always “hungry,” so her adopter will need to be consistent and experienced in teaching boundaries. Osaya is stunning, spirited, and eager to bond—but she’s not a “starter dog.” She needs an experienced adopter who can provide structure, consistency, and the time to help her blossom. With the right guidance, she’ll shine as the extraordinary companion she’s destined to be. Osaya may have been thrown away once, but she’s a treasure now—waiting for a family who will cherish her, invest in her training, and give her the chance to thrive.

She scooped them up and brought them to safety and since then, Pipo has been quietly waiting for someone to see the magic in his soft eyes and shy smile. Born around May 2022, Pipo is a black and white pug with impeccable manners and a tender spirit. He’s well-behaved, sweet, and a little timid at first — the kind of dog who takes a moment to trust, but once he does, he’ll melt into your lap like he was always meant to be there. Pipo is afraid of other dogs and can be reactive, so he’ll thrive in a calm, dog-free home where he can feel safe and supported. He’s been living in an outdoor shelter, so home life will be new to him — but with patience, kindness, and a cozy spot to call his own, he’ll blossom. If you’re looking for a quiet companion with a gentle heart and a face that could launch a thousand “awws,” Pipo is ready to meet you. Roxie’s gentle spirit shines through in everything she does, and she’s ready to bring warmth and happiness into her forever home. Like many dogs who have faced uncertainty, Roxie needs someone who can help her build trust. • Scooby

Scooby is a sweet, calm young pup born around December 2022. Originally known as Peluchin, he was rescued alongside his dad, Shaggy, after their owner passed away. Sadly, the new residents of their former home made it clear they weren’t welcome — leaving Scooby and Shaggy to fend for themselves on the street. Despite the upheaval, Scooby has remained gentle and well-behaved. He’s currently safe in an outdoor shelter, where he’s patiently waiting for a family who will truly see him. He’s still learning what home life means, so he’ll need a kind, patient adopter to guide him through the basics — soft beds, cozy routines, and love that lasts. Scooby’s calm nature makes him a wonderful companion for someone seeking a loyal friend. He’s ready to leave the past behind and start fresh — with you.

  • Shaggy - Available in Edmonton, AB

Shaggy is now safe in an outdoor shelter. He will need help adjusting to home life, but he is ready for a fresh start with a family who will welcome him.

  • Sofi

  • Wera

Wera is a beautiful young girl with a tender heart and a soft spirit. Born around June 2024, she’s still just a pup, but she has already shown incredible resilience and sweetness. Wera’s journey began when a kind woman found her alone on the road near the hills outside the Pitillal area of Puerto Vallarta. Wanting to give her a chance at a better life, she brought Wera straight to the vet, covered all her medical care, and ensured she was fully vetted and spayed. Thanks to that act of kindness, Wera is now healthy, safe, and ready for her next chapter. She currently lives in an outdoor shelter, and while she’s well cared for, the busy environment and many dogs around her have made her a bit timid. With patience, love, and a calm home, she will blossom beautifully. She just needs someone willing to guide her as she learns the comforts of indoor living — soft beds, routines, affection, and the feeling of belonging. Despite her shy nature, Wera is incredibly sweet, gentle with people, and eager for connection. She’s healthy, young, and full of potential. All she needs is a family who sees her for the precious soul she is. Wera is ready for adoption — and ready to love.
