Annie
Annie’s story began on the streets of Paraiso Vallarta, where a kind woman spotted her in rough shape and reached out for help. That ask changed everything for Annie. From a fragile pup barely holding on, Annie has blossomed into a radiant, tail-wagging wonder—born around May 2023, weighs 23 pounds and now ready to write her next chapter. Annie is a delightful mix of calm and charisma. She’s happy, active, loves love and is wonderfully independent—content to explore her world with a confident trot and a sparkle in her eye. She’s got a touch of sass (a little territorial streak, thank you very much), but she’s also deeply joyful and resilient. Life in an outdoor shelter has taught her to be resourceful, but she dreams of a cozy home where she can learn the sweet routines of indoor living. She may need a bit of guidance with house life, but Annie’s heart is wide open. With patience, love, and maybe a few treats, she’ll be the kind of companion who makes every day feel like a celebration. If you’re looking for a dog who’s already proven she can rise, shine, and thrive—Annie’s your girl.
Let’s help her find the home she’s been waiting for.

Balam
Born in December 2024 and rescued just weeks later from La Desembocada Place (yep, the spot near the jail—talk about a dramatic origin story), Balam was part of the legendary Bella litter: eight squishy pups and one brave mama who beat the odds. Balam's siblings are: Bali, Been, Bimbo, Biri, Boni, Brisa & Bruno. On January 7, 2025, their freedom ride began—and Balam’s been vibing ever since. This boy is pure sunshine with a side of wiggle. Happy? Always. Active? You bet. Excited to meet you? Like, tail-thumping, tongue-flopping excited. Balam’s got that “life is a party and you’re invited” energy that makes every hello feel like a confetti cannon. He’s been living in an outdoor shelter with a whole crew of canine comrades, so he’s still learning the fine art of one-on-one human time. But give him a little patience and a lot of love, and he’ll be your funky sidekick in no time. Ready to boogie through life with a pup who’s got rhythm, resilience, and ridiculous charm? Balam’s waiting to bust out of the shelter and into your heart. 🕺🐾 24 pounds.

Been
Been was born in December 2024, weighs 17 pounds but her story really kicked off in January when she and her seven siblings were rescued alongside their brave mama Bella from La Desembocada Place—a place near the jail, but don’t worry, Been’s only crime was being too cute for the streets. Her siblings are: Balam, Bali, Bimbo, Biri, Boni, Brisa & Bruno. From isolation to vaccination, Been’s come a long way. She’s a medium-energy marvel with a heart full of curiosity and a tail that can’t help but wag when people come near. She’s got that “let’s go on an adventure!” vibe, whether it’s chasing butterflies or learning how to chill on a couch (she’s still figuring out the whole house life thing, but she’s game!). Been’s lived in an outdoor shelter surrounded by a lively pack, so she’s used to the hustle and bustle—but what she really craves now is some one-on-one time with a human who’ll help her discover the joys of home, snuggles, and maybe a squeaky toy or two.
If you’re looking for a beautiful buddy who’s ready to learn, love, and laugh her way into your life, Been’s your girl. She’s got the bounce, the brightness, and the backstory—now she just needs the forever.

Burt
Born around December 2025, weighs 18lbs, Burt is part of a very special rescue family. Burt is the brother of March who along with her puppies, Lisa and Maggy and their father, Homero were once found tied to a tree on the road to a ranch after they had killed a chicken. Thankfully, they were saved, brought into rescue, and each one has since been adopted into loving homes. And now it’s Burt's turn. After seeing his sister and her family find safety and happiness in Canada, the people who had him came forward and asked us to help Burt too, so he could have the same chance at a forever home. Burt is a young pup with a gentle spirit, playful energy, and the resilience that runs in his family. His story is just beginning, and we’re excited to help him find the love and security he deserves.
✨ Burt is getting ready to start his journey toward adoption, and we can’t wait to see him thrive in a home of his own.
Charro
Born around May 2018, weighs 20lbs, Charro was rescued from the street in very poor condition. Skinny, battling a mouth infection, a broken leg, and covered in ticks and fleas, this brave boy had clearly been through so much.
Charro is now safe with us and has completed his medical care and protocols to heal from his injuries. He is now ready for adoption! He is special needs (his jaw was broken but there was nothing they could do to fix that) and his back leg was injured. He is a quiter guy. Hangs out on the sidelines taking everything in. He is patiently waiting hoping to find someone willing to give him the chance at the healthy, happy life he deserves.
Coral
Born around June 2015, weighs 24 lbs, Coral has already lived through more than her share of uncertainty. For two days she stayed hidden in the back patio of a primary school in San Vicente, waiting quietly until someone finally noticed her. Thankfully, kind people stepped in, and now she’s safe with us. 🏫💕
Coral is just beginning her rescue protocols, but her gentle spirit is already shining through. With love, care, and patience, she’ll blossom into the happy, secure pup she was always meant to be. 🐾
Gala
Born around November 2025, weighs 20lbs, Gala is one of Lila’s darling pups. She came into rescue with her mom and brother Cort after a kind lady asked us for help, and now Gala is ready to step into her very own forever story. Gala is playful, affectionate, and full of puppy charm. She loves exploring, learning, and soaking up attention—her tail wags are pure joy! With her bright spirit and loving nature, Gala is getting ready to bring laughter, cuddles, and endless adventures to the family lucky enough to call her theirs. 💖
Henry
Born around January 2026, weighing 22lbs, Henry’s start in life was heartbreakingly unfair. He and his brother were abandoned in a deserted lot where construction had stopped, left with no food, no water, and no one to care for them. Tragically, his brother didn’t survive the heat and neglect — but Henry was saved when a rescuer stepped in and asked us for help. Now safe, Henry is beginning his journey toward a brighter future. He’s a young pup with a resilient spirit, good with other dogs, gentle with cats, and absolutely adores people. His sweet nature shines through even as he undergoes his health protocols, proving that love and care can heal even the hardest beginnings. Henry’s story is just starting, and we can’t wait to watch him grow into the happy, loved companion he was always meant to be.
Jackson
Jackson’s journey began in tough circumstances. His mom, Monet, and her six tiny puppies were rescued when the pups were only about ten days old. The conditions were heartbreaking—ticks and fleas everywhere—but thanks to the quick action of one of our founders, this little family was brought to safety. Jackson’s approximate birthday is May 2024, and he has grown into an adorable young pup with a gentle spirit.
Jackson, weighs 24 lbs, is a sweet, nice‑natured dog who’s just beginning to discover the world. He can be a little timid with people, simply because he hasn’t had much one‑on‑one interaction yet, but with dogs his own size he is social and enjoys their company. Having lived in an outdoor shelter, Jackson will need patient guidance to learn the ropes of home life—things like walking on a leash, house training, and the joy of cozy naps indoors.
What makes Jackson so special is his resilience. From a rough start, he is ready to grow into the loyal companion he was meant to be. With his adorable looks and gentle heart, Jackson is waiting for someone to show him that people can be kind, homes can be safe, and love can last forever. 💖
Juanita
Juanita’s journey to safety began on January 12, 2026, when Sandra found her by the roadside in San Juan. She had been struck by a car and was unable to walk, her body marked with blue ink and her spirit weighed down by pain. Her rescuer couldn’t leave her there—Juanita needed help, and she needed it urgently. Though her injuries are serious, Juanita’s resilience shines through. Even in her fragile state, there’s a quiet strength in her eyes, as if she knows she’s been given a second chance. She is disabled and recovering, but she is safe now, surrounded by care and compassion. Juanita’s story is still unfolding, and we’re just beginning to learn who she is beyond her hardship. What we do know is that she’s a fighter, and with patience, love, she has the chance to discover joy and belonging. Her past was marked by struggle, but Juanita’s future is filled with hope. She’s ready to heal and eventually find the home where she will finally be cherished. Weighs 17lbs.

He has completed all of his adoption protocols and is officially ready for a forever home. Mango would thrive with a family who can give him patience, kindness, affection, and the security of finally knowing he belongs.

```Miguel
Approx. D.O.B. May 2021 & weighs approximately 35 pounds. Miguel’s journey began on the streets, where kind neighbors watched him wander with quiet resilience. One day, he wasn’t walking—his energy had faded, and it was clear he needed help. Thanks to their compassion, Miguel was brought to safety, treated for TVT, and given a clean bill of health by our vets. Today, Miguel is calm, content, and full of joy. He loves to run—his stride is strong and free—and after a good, long walk, he settles beautifully into peaceful rest. While he’s friendly with other dogs from a distance, Miguel values his personal space and would thrive as the only dog in a loving home. He’s not aggressive—just a bit vocal when others get too close—but he’s easily redirected and never reactive. Miguel is incredibly sweet and playful, with a heart that feels deeply. He can be sensitive to overstimulation, so he’ll do best with someone who understands his boundaries and celebrates his vibrant personality. He’s not “too much”—he’s just full of life, emotion, and the kind of spirit that makes every day feel meaningful. Miguel is a very good boy with so much love to give. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who brings energy, heart, and a touch of soulful magic to your life, Miguel might be the one you’ve been waiting for.
Tank is the only boy, and he’s growing into a strong, sweet pup with a gentle spirit. He’s still completing his health protocols, but he can already be reserved for adoption.
