Meet Cuco, a truly special boy whose second chance at life is nothing short of remarkable.
Born approximately August 2020, Cuco was struggling to survive on the streets when concerned neighbours noticed something was terribly wrong. They often heard him crying because he was unable to go to the bathroom comfortably, and despite his pain, he was left trying to fend for himself. Thankfully, kind people stepped up and asked for help, giving Cuco the opportunity he so desperately needed.
Once in rescue, it became clear that Cuco was dealing with serious medical issues. He underwent surgery for an anal hernia and also had a tumour removed from his mouth, a procedure that required the removal of part of his jaw. Through it all, Cuco has been an absolute champion, showing incredible resilience and a gentle, trusting nature.
Today, Cuco looks and feels so much better than he did when he first arrived. He is a quiet, well-mannered boy who simply enjoys the comforts of being loved. He adores cuddles, has wonderful behaviour, and is the kind of dog who is happiest just being close to his people. Calm, obedient, and affectionate, Cuco has a way of stealing hearts wherever he goes.
After everything he has endured, Cuco is ready for a future filled with soft beds, gentle hands, and a family who will love him exactly as he is. This sweet boy has proven that even after the hardest times, happiness can still be found. ❤️🐾
